Hellboy....

Is based on this book by H.P. Lovecraft called The Call Of Cthulhu and Other Weird Stories. Lovecraft was a huge Poe fan so I'm bound to love his work. The little I've read already is quite good. Hellboy itself isn't based off of it, but the idea of the Seven Gods of Chaos was from it and their story was from it. It's actually kind of surreal as well. Speaking of surreal, I had a pretty sweet dream this morning. I was at the Nightwish concert (oh yes....) and there weren't many people there now that I think about it, and they kept stopping because of all kinds of problems. First it was because the electricity went out. They started playing again, then there was some drama behind stage, so I went up to Tarja (the beautiful lead singer) she just started talking to me about it. It was sweet. Unfortunately the dream didn't progress, I woke up. Ew. Reality. Compared to that dream reality was dull. It goes from Tarja (mmmmm...) to going to work to deal with all the local perverts. Two of which hit on me today. I was going pretty good for a while but in the past 2 days I've had three guys hit on me. It's flattering but most of the time they're married and that just makes me paranoid. These men's wives have NO IDEA their husbands go out and do this. Sometimes with other men. I ended up giving one of them attitude today because I'm PMS'ing. Not a good day to hit on Leah, I'll tell you. The mood swings are stronger than my will to hold back, SO LOOK OUT! Heehee... I think the fact that I gave the married guy attitude for trying to "give me a tip" made me a bit happier over all. Of course his meaning of give me a tip means trying to stuff a one down my shirt. COME ON, like ONE dollar is worth that. Pfff.... what a moron.

I really wanted to see The Village tonight but Paul's a sissy and won't go. We will see AVP though. I came home from work a nice dinner tonight. I was very nice. I was so not in the mood to cook. It was a light dinner though. Between that and my PMS I'm hungry again. We went to Target to get a new bookshelf since our other one is full. We read a lot. Well I do when I'm at work and bored, Paul mostly has D&D books there. So we got the new bookshelf, a much needed DVD holder, some snacks (last thing I need right now), and toys. Yes, toys. We're like kids. Oh well. I must go to bed now. Hopefully I'll have another Nightwish dream (mmmm, Tarja...).
